PCOOLJC, Inc.-Charlotte’s Connect Ministries exist with one thought in mind: We need each other. We were not created to live life alone, but we were created to share our lives with one another. Here at , we believe that life is best lived in community. That’s why you’ll find several opportunities, ministries, and venues to develop meaningful, healthy relationships with other committed believers.
PCOOLJC, Inc.-Charlotte is a place where you can connect…connect to God through worship, connect to others in meaningful relationship, and connect to the world around you by sharing the love of Jesus Christ. We believe that, with God’s help, we can form lifelong friendships that will affect not only our lives but the lives of those around us.
Music
God-honoring worship is something we strive for. Some play their instruments. Some are vocalists. Others are involved in the Choir or Praise Team. These volunteers are an important part of the ministry of PCOOLJC, Inc.--Charlotte, using their talents and gifts to glorify God.
Ushers
The usher team at PCOOLJC, Inc.-Charlotte fills an important role. They are involved in directing attendees to their seats, ensuring the safety of the building during services, guiding traffic, helping visitors, answering questions, providing direction, unlocking doors, locking doors, and generally ensuring that the service can proceed problem-free. The usher team is a servant-hearted group of men and women whose ministry is integral to church life.

Hospitality - Church Greeters
The ministry of welcoming is the responsibility of the entire church family.
The Hospitality Ministry is responsible for creating an atmosphere of love, care and fellowship reflecting the love of Christ who enters PCOOLJC-Charlotte.
Creating a welcoming and hospitable climate and which continues into the heart of the congregation.

Media & Technology
Using media to spread the gospel is a privilege of PCOOLJC, Inc.--Charlotte. In an age of widespread technology, we have a stewardship to use these tools as best as possible for kingdom purposes. These volunteers assist in conveying the message through words and illustrations that enhance the understanding of the music and sermons.
Prayer Band
Prayer cannot be overestimated. Prayer moves the hand of God. PCOOLJC, Inc.--Charlotte is a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. Prior to every service our church body gathers together for thirty minutes of prayer. Throughout the week, volunteers of our Prayer Band team, pray for their pastor, a list of church members, any special requests, and missionaries’ prayer needs.

Convocation & District Meetings
Each summer, PCOOLJC, Inc.-- Charlotte children, youth, and families can participate in the National Convocation. The week-long events involves a lot of preaching, great food, good worship, seminars, etc.
